@jazzyblack01 That might be rather difficult. It could be worked flat & seamed for a hat. I’ll ask some of my Tunisian crochet expert friends, and get back to you.
@cs9295 …I had same problem before, my hook got int he way because in my situation, I had the tension on my stitches a bit tight. Beth’s stitches are neither tight nor too loose. Good luck!
Why is it important to use the back bump to cast on? I always have trouble with my hook getting hung up doing it that way. Thanks for doing the tutorials on tunisian though because I really enjoy doing something besides the basic crochet.

I found out that it can be done in the round with a double ended hook. I personally have never worked this in the round.

@cs9295 It makes a neater edge and the corner will not have that ugly ch-1 bump. Work your chains loosely.
